Here's how it works:

3. Next steps: If everything is clear, and treatment is medically appropriate, your provider may issue a prescription. If more information is needed, your provider will message you with follow-up questions so you can respond on your schedule.

To ensure you never miss a dose, refills are processed automatically on 1-month and 3-month plans, but you're always in control – you can pause or cancel your subscription anytime through your portal. Pause/cancellation requests must be made prior to medication shipment.

Final eligibility, however, is always determined by the reviewing clinician.
