How RespondWell Prescriptions Work

All prescription treatments require an online consultation with a licensed healthcare provider, who determines whether treatment is medically appropriate. Prescriptions are not guaranteed. Some medications (including testosterone and clomiphene) require lab work before your consultation can be completed.

Reporting Side Effects & Adverse Events

If you experience side effects or an adverse event, contact your dispensing pharmacy as directed on your prescription packaging or leaflet, and message your provider. You may also report adverse events to FDA MedWatch at 1-800-FDA-1088 or at www.fda.gov/medwatch.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

Payments, Subscriptions & Packaging

When you start a consultation or place an order, a temporary authorization hold is placed on your card.

• • If lab work is required and treatment is denied, your refund will be issued minus the laboratory and provider consultation fees.
• • The timing of returned funds depends on your bank or card issuer.

Subscriptions: Some plans are offered as term-based subscriptions (for example, 1, 3, 6, or 12 months) with lower pricing for longer commitments. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals, but cancellation does not shorten your current term or change the price you already paid, and partial refunds are not available. As we use a nationwide pharmacy network, packaging may differ from the images shown on this website.

Compounding Disclosure

Some treatments may be dispensed as compounded medications, which are custom prepared by licensed pharmacists for individual patients, when commercially available products may not be fully suitable.

Compounded medications allow providers to tailor treatment based on patient-specific needs, such as dose strength, formulation, or ingredient sensitivities. Many compounded medications use active pharmaceutical ingredients that conform to USP (United States Pharmacopeia) monograph standards, combined in customized strengths or formats based on your prescription. RespondWell does not represent any compounded product as being equivalent to, or associated with, any branded or FDA-approved drug product.

Compounded drugs are not reviewed or approved by the FDA as finished products, and the FDA does not verify compounded medications for safety, effectiveness, or quality. However, compounding pharmacies are licensed and primarily regulated by state boards of pharmacy.

Certain sterile compounded medications may be prepared by 503B outsourcing facilities, which are FDA-registered and subject to applicable current good manufacturing practice (cGMP) requirements.

Compounded preparations may differ from commercially manufactured products in concentration, inactive ingredients, appearance, administration, and packaging.
