If that applies to you, you'll choose a time and meet by phone or video: Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, Georgia, New Mexico, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia. Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT): video consultations are required in all states. You're not on your own after a prescription is issued. To ensure you never miss a dose, refills are processed automatically on 1-month and 3-month plans, but you're always in control – you can pause or cancel your subscription anytime through your portal. We collect your credit card as part of our secure checkout and identity verification process. At this stage, your card is not charged for the treatment. We only place a temporary authorization hold to confirm the card is active.

If your prescription is not approved by the licensed clinician, your order will not move forward and the temporary authorization hold will be voided. Final eligibility, however, is always determined by the reviewing clinician. If your prescription is approved, your card will be charged and your order will be sent to the pharmacy for fulfillment.
