Here's how it works:

1. Complete your intake: Fill out a secure health questionnaire and add any questions or concerns.
2. Clinician review: A licensed provider reviews your intake, typically in under 4 hours.
3. Next steps: If everything is clear, and treatment is medically appropriate, your provider may issue a prescription. If more information is needed, your provider will message you with follow-up questions so you can respond on your schedule.

Some states require a live visit. If that applies to you, you'll choose a time and meet by phone or video:
Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, Georgia, New Mexico, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia.

Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT): video consultations are required in all states.

You're not on your own after a prescription is issued. Message your provider via your patient portal anytime, or contact support via portal or text message.

When you start a consultation or order, a temporary authorization hold is placed on your card. If treatment isn't approved by your clinician, the hold is released or refunded promptly, though the exact timing depends on your bank. If labs were required prior to a denial, your refund will be issued minus the laboratory fees.

Once approved, your medication is shipped directly to you in discreet, temperature-controlled packaging (where required) via free expedited shipping. To ensure you never miss a dose, refills are processed automatically on 1-month and 3-month plans, but you're always in control – you can pause or cancel your subscription anytime through your portal. Pause/cancellation requests must be made prior to medication shipment.

Good to know: Because we work with a nationwide pharmacy network to ensure fast delivery, your actual packaging might look different than the images on our site.

At this stage, your card is not charged for the treatment. We only place a temporary authorization hold to confirm the card is active.

What happens if my prescription is not approved?

If your prescription is not approved by the licensed clinician, your order will not move forward and the temporary authorization hold will be voided.

Our intake process screens for major disqualifying factors before you reach the thank-you page, so reaching that step generally means there is a reasonably high likelihood that you may be medically eligible for the treatment requested. Final eligibility, however, is always determined by the reviewing clinician.

If your prescription is approved, your card will be charged and your order will be sent to the pharmacy for fulfillment.
