Two guys who still work the job.
We're a Denver firefighter and a Denver-area cop — both paramedics. We built RespondWell after watching people on our crews piece their health together from forums, gas-station supplements and a doctor with twelve minutes and an insurer over his shoulder.

Yes. Testosterone is a controlled substance, so every TRT patient has a short video visit with a licensed clinician, in every state. Most other treatments only need one in AR, GA, LA, MS, NM, TN, VA and WV.
Testosterone prescribed by a licensed clinician for a diagnosed deficiency is legal. Departments differ — some require you to disclose prescription medications or have policies on anabolic steroids — so check yours. We don't bill insurance, so nothing shows up on your employer plan, and if you ever need it we can provide documentation that your care came from a licensed clinician.

Hormone therapy starts with a $50 lab panel before anything is prescribed. Weight loss, hair, sexual health and peptide treatments don't need labs to begin. TRT always includes a live video visit, in every state. For other treatments, a live video visit is required in AR, GA, LA, MS, NM, TN, VA and WV. Your intake tells you exactly what applies before you're charged.
No. We don't bill insurance, so nothing shows up on your employer plan, and we don't participate in health information exchanges. Shipments arrive in discreet packaging.
It's what we built for. The intake and messaging are asynchronous, and your clinician sets dosing around your rotation, not a nine-to-five.

About Our Medications
Our treatments contain active pharmaceutical ingredients that conform to USP (United States Pharmacopeia) monograph standards and are custom-compounded by licensed 503A and 503B pharmacies to meet your individual needs. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved finished drug products. The suggested formulations are provided for reference only and are based on formulations that have historically been prescribed by duly licensed prescribers. All medications are prepared in accordance with a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider following a medical consultation.
